The house looked great for viewing and my peace of mind, and the price we got at auction was even better than expected. I felt supported all the way and there was always discussion at every step. Bill gave me ideas on what to do to prepare clearing my house and names of people to help me. A family relation introduced me to Bill and he has delivered on that trust. It helps so much that Bill has a warm and straightforward manner, plus has a good understanding of people and their houses.
